About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for executing and providing mechanical and technical support to customers. This includes:

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of Alfa Laval equipment
  • Commissioning, including checking of equipment installation, training of operators, and ensuring safety
  • Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
  • Performing repair inspections and preparing repair reports
  • Conducting test trials, including process performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
  • Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in the relevant field
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in documentation and reporting
