Main Responsibilities:

Compile and organize real estate documents, contracts and agreements;To prepare documents such as correspondence letters, interest letters and etc.;To coordinate the closing of a lease and to ensure relevant documents are signed and payment received;To monitor the monthly rental collections;To prepare invoices and official receipts;To assist queries from the tenants;To prepare payment requisition on a timely manner for agent commission claim and stamping fees;To ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.


Qualification/Experience:


Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development or equivalent field;Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in Real Estate / Property Management or related field/industry;Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;Good command of Microsoft Office Applications;Someone who familiars in IFCA accounting systems will be added advantage;Possess good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
