Your Role

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team specializes in providing Application Managed Services (AMS) to clients in the SEA region for various ERP applications. Collaborating closely with our clients, we ensure operational continuity and enhance efficiency by continuously improving internal IT and business processes. Your contribution as part of the AMS team will allow our clients to focus on strategic tasks while we maintain satisfaction with the implemented applications.

The KL DC team works hand in hand with our Consulting team to offer comprehensive services to our clients, from Advisory and Implementation to Operations. We play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition from project implementation teams or the client's previous AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams in different locations (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) supporting various ERP applications. As a Consultant in this dynamic and evolving team, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You will learn to deliver operational services, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to trending analysis and skill development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM to support change management processes.
  • Provide technical and functional support for SAP Solution Manager and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Maintain integrations between Solman and other systems, such as ServiceNow, to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor and report on change management processes, addressing any deviations or non-compliances.
  • Collaborate with project team members on change management and ERP processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP project change management, preferably in an analyst role.
  • Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, with knowledge of other SAP tools.
  • Experience in Charm and ServiceNow integration.
  • Sound understanding of change management best practices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to evolving business requirements and complex situations.
  • Certification in SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, or change management is a bonus.
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Willingness to continuously expand knowledge and work based on client schedules, including shifts and on-call duties.
  • Openness to travel as needed, potentially to client sites for projects.
