Job Responsibilities

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team delivers Application Managed Services (AMS) to clients in the SEA region for diverse ERP applications. Collaborating closely with clients, we ensure business continuity and drive continuous improvements in both internal IT processes and application-defined business processes. Our AMS team's support allows clients to focus on strategic tasks while we maintain satisfaction with the implemented application.

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team collaborates with our Consulting team to offer end-to-end services to clients, ranging from Advisory and Implementation to Operation. We play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from the project implementation phase or the client's existing AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams located in different regions (Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) supporting various ERP applications. Embracing a diverse workforce offers a enriching experience. At Deloitte, we encourage networking and collaboration.

As a Consultant in this dynamic and evolving team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA, and Business Transformation.

You will gain experience in delivering operational services, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, day-to-day production issue handling, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting team initiatives for skill development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing business challenges through ModelN Platform customization
  • Developing, configuring, and automating technology solutions for business benefits
  • Optimizing and configuring ModelN systems for seamless integration
  • Managing ModelN roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Performing database maintenance tasks and diagnostic tests
  • Installing new ModelN releases and providing training and support
  • Documenting processes and changes for reference
  • Generating reports for various departments

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a ModelN administrator in a similar setting
  • Extensive experience in ModelN system administration and maintenance
  • Experience in handling ModelN upgrades and integration
  • Proficiency in creating and managing ModelN databases
  • Thorough understanding of ModelN products and functionalities
  • Ability to create profiles, assign roles, and manage access in ModelN
  • Knowledge of sales data import and report generation in ModelN
  • Capability to provide training and support for ModelN users
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Project management and business analysis capabilities
  • Preferred: ModelN certification(s) and involvement in ModelN community
  • Willingness to learn, explore, and take on new challenges
  • Ability to adapt to client business hours and work days
  • Willingness to work on shifts or be on-call as required
  • Ability to travel if needed, including on-site client work
