about the role

They are currently looking for a Head of Payroll Services to join their team in KL. The primary purpose of which is to ensure all services in scope deliver a high-quality product within agreed SLA's. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

Demonstrate awareness of market dynamics, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.Ensure delivery of agreed services to clients with high quality and responsiveness.Manage and monitor service performance metrics, SLAs, and implement controls to minimise errors and ensure compliance with requirements.Motivate and lead a team of service professionals, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, striving for better, quicker, and more automated solutions. about the manager and team You will be reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery, leading a team of 3-4 skills & experience required To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You have experience in operational and client management.
