Work Location:
Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Johor.
  • Perform equipment /machine setup, operation, equipment adjustments and preventive maintenance to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Run tests on all assemblies and equipment to test for safety and productivity before they are put into production
  • Maintain process control, and carry out routine checks, verifications and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Should identify problems and potential solution and attempt to troubleshoot the issue using their technical knowledge
  • Responsible for maintaining quality standards by implementing and testing finished products to ensure they conform to specifications and quality.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain records of maintenance programs.
  • Assist manager in maintaining list and stock of spare parts and tools
  • Assist manager in executing improvement plans, continuous improvement to attain cost reduction
  • Back up production and other adhoc works when required Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superiors as required.
