About the Role

The Food & Beverage Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of Hilton, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, dietary requirements, and hotel services to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Senior High School education or specialty in Hospitality.
  • 1-year experience in a 4/5-star category hotel (hospitality school leavers encouraged to apply).
  • Good command of English to meet business needs.
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility and ability to respond quickly to changing requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items.
  • An open-minded and outgoing personality.
