Reporting to Southeast Asia Area Manager

Key Accountabilities:Oversees cafe operations, managing staff, monitoring inventoryOverseeing scheduling of staff membersTaking inventory of cafe suppliesidentify strategies to retain and attract customersEnsure all policies and procedures are followedskills & experience required
Tertiary educationMinimum 2-3 years of Cafe experience in retail f&bProven leadership skills to lead and inspire the team Required to have food handler's licenseComfortable with flexible work schedule Strategic thinker with data driven and analytical approach skills no additional skills required
