    Reporting to Southeast Asia Area Manager

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Oversees cafe operations, managing staff, monitoring inventory
    • Overseeing scheduling of staff members
    • Taking inventory of cafe supplies
    • identify strategies to retain and attract customers
    • Ensure all policies and procedures are followedskills & experience required
      • Tertiary education
      • Minimum 2-3 years of Cafe experience in retail f&b
      • Proven leadership skills to lead and inspire the team
      • Required to have food handler's license
      • Comfortable with flexible work schedule
      • Strategic thinker with data driven and analytical approach
