Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily cafe operations, including staff management, inventory monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules, promptly finding replacements when needed due to absences.
- Monitor budgets to optimize profitability, seeking opportunities to reduce costs while expanding our customer base.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as required to maintain stock levels.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly, maintaining a focus on food quality and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the team to introduce new menu items based on customer feedback and preferences.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our offerings.
- Enforce adherence to policies and procedures, promoting a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of managerial experience in the food or hospitality industry.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve and surpass performance targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Possession of a food handler’s license and thorough knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated management skills, including strong organizational, time management, communication, and customer service abilities.
