Sales Coordinator

1. Expand new supply chain customer/cafe partner

2. Increase the sales order of supply chain customer

3. Inform/promote the new items/products to the customer

4. Liaise and coordinate with customers on sales enquiry, quotation, order processing, complaints and deliveries arrangement

5. Attend to existing / new customer (cafe partners) inquiries and complaints

6. Ensuring customer satisfaction via accuracy and timely processing of orders.

7. Support day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, delivery coordination/method, and administrative tasks.

8. Collaboration with other departments to ensure orders deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.

9. Develop a filing system to maintain all sales records and transactions.

10. Managing correspondence and communication with customer’s enquiry.

11. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM6,340.86 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ipoh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ipoh: Relocate before starting work (required)
