Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Real-time handling of customer text and phone messages: Provide instant troubleshooting for customers on DJB service platforms (LINE@ / Facebook fan page / company email / Shopee Chat / YouTube channel comments / WhatsApp), creating an excellent service experience.


Maintain DJB customer management system:
Customer service specialists will frequently operate DJB's customer management system, maintaining and updating the data within. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Working Hours:
Day Shift (Rotating Shift): (Early) 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Late) 4:00 PM to 12:00 AMNight Shift (Scheduled Shift): 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Language Requirements:
Mandarin & English

Skill Set:
Typing in Chinese: words per minute

Job Skills:
Handling customer complaints, product introductions and sales explanations, operating spreadsheet software

Other Requirements:

Basic Requirements:
Familiarity with office software operations (Excel, Word, Google Drive, various documents), good communication skills, good emotional intelligence management

Bonus Requirements:
Experience in start-up industries, over 1 year of customer service experience, knowledge of Japanese, Korean, and other languages

Vacation Policy:
Rotational rest days
