Responsibilities:
Monitor the real-time operation status of the network and business system 24/7 to ensure stability and availability. Respond promptly and effectively to customer fault reports and emails. Quickly and accurately diagnose, locate, and resolve faults to maintain normal business operations. Analyze and summarize fault records to continuously improve the knowledge base system. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network-related emergencies. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to recommend network enhancements or upgrades.

Assist in the planning and implementation of network infrastructure projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in network operations or related field. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
