- Executive/Personal Assistant Duties (60%):
- Provide comprehensive support to the CFO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CFO.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other personal assistant tasks as required.
- Ensure effective communication and follow
- up on important matters on behalf of the CFO.
- HR Administrative Duties (40%):
- Assist with HR
- related tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and coordinating recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
- Handle day
- to
- day HR administrative duties such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee inquiries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, providing executive support or handling HR
- related tasks.
- Experience in a finance
- related role or supporting a finance executive is highly valued.
- Education:
- A background in Finance is preferred. Candidates with a degree in Business Administration or a related discipline will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
