Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our computer shop. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and staff management.
Achieve sales targets and manage inventory.
Plan and execute promotions and marketing activities.
Prepare and manage the branch budget.
Provide training and development for staff.
Maintain store appearance and safety compliance.

Store OperationsManage Daily Operations:
Oversee all daily activities of the computer shop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

Staff Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of sales associates, technicians, and support staff

Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained and address any customer issues or complaints

Sales and MarketingSales Targets:
Set and achieve sales goals and targets for the branch

Promotions:
Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing activities to drive sales

Product Knowledge:
Ensure that all staff are well-trained on the features and benefits of the products

Inventory ManagementStock Control:
Monitor inventory levels, order new stock, and manage stock rotation to minimize losses

Supplier Relations:
Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms

Financial ManagementBudgeting:
Prepare and manage the branch budget, including expenses and revenue

Financial Reporting:
Generate financial reports, including sales reports, profit and loss statements, and inventory reports

Staff DevelopmentTraining:
Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance

Performance Evaluation:
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

Store MaintenanceStore Appearance:
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing

Safety Compliance:
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the computer industry.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Proven sales acumen and organizational skills.
Good understanding of computer products.
Ability to manage budgets and generate financial reports.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
