A facilities specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving the physical infrastructure and systems of a facility, such as a building and manufacturing facility. To ensure that the facility is operating efficiently, safely, and reliably.Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and planning preventative maintenance on facility work.Implement preventive maintenance programsAble to drive continuous improvement program to improve on safety and facility.Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing facility maintenance activities.Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairsManage and support facility-related projects and expansionResponsible for managing the energy consumption of the facility, including monitoring energy use, identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption, and implementing energy-efficient technologies and practices.Maintain accurate records of facilities activities including repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance schedule.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering
Technical experience and understanding of facilities equipment and systems, such as HVAC, electrical systems, generators, pumps house, fire protection system, air compressor system, and solar power systems.
