Telesales Executive

Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.
Possess SPM and aboveFluent in both Mandarin and MalayExperiences Tele sales or Indoor Sales.
Experience in selling banking products, healthcare and insurance is an added advantage.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phoneExcellent communication and presentation skillsSkilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaintsPersistent results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.
Good time management and organizational skills.Basic Salary RM1,800 – RM 2,500Commission reachable to RM10,000Annual LeaveMedical LeaveEPF, SocsoRecognitionSalary increment / uncapped commissionSmart casual wearTraining ProvidedNice office environment
