Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer and negotiation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing out-bound calls.
  • Negotiate with customers regarding their delinquent accounts.
  • All the recovery officers are required to follow the regulations and compliance requirements of banks.
  • Assist the customers to reschedule loan repayments.

STAFF BENEFITS:

  • Basic Salary RM 2500 per month
  • Attractive commission 2%-4%
