Job Description Execute VM planning and in-store launches, ensuring effective store zoning for compelling storytelling.

Enhance brand presence across stores through creative use of graphics & props in in-store branding elements like window displays, posters, and POPs; also, provide graphic design support.

Manage VM budget & expenses, plan store merchandise display capacity, optimize store layout and zoning, and monitor effectiveness. Foster cross-functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal store campaigns, trade shows, and projects. Train and guide Visual Merchandising Specialists (VMS) in-store for consistent and effective execution of strategies. The Successful Applicant Degree or Advanced Diploma graduate. Proficiency in Microsoft, Photoshop. Illustrator and File Maker Pro is an added advantage. At least 3-5 years of working experience in managing visual merchandising. Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Exhibits self-driven leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding team members effectively. Demonstrates strong teamwork by fostering a positive collaborative environment.
