• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, etc).

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar role

• Relevant insurance and contact center (BPO) experience is preferred

• Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements is essential.

• Experience in insurance or assistance industry.

• Excellent written and spoken English. It would be an added advantage if candidate speaks Thai Company information
