- Overseeing all repair operations related to electrical and electronic parts by managing repair requests, assigning Engineers tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs.
- Providing guidance and support to Engineers whenever help is needed during repairs. Responsible for leading a team of leaders and engineers.
- Assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Developing and improving repair processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology or tools to enhance repair operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that repaired electrical and electronic parts meet quality standards.
- Managing inventory of spare parts, and maintaining the quality of test instruments used for electrical and electronic repairs. This includes monitoring stock levels, optimizing inventory, sourcing reliable suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensuring effective communication with modules, addressing their repair needs, and providing updates on repair progress.
- A degree in electronic, electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience in the design and development of production equipment/parts for manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to production equipment part design and testing.
