Job summary: Work closely with business and management teams to determine strengths and weaknesses of Gentari's portfolio and develop actionable solutions to strengthen portfolio and mitigate any emerging risks. The role also requires collaborating with business development teams to assess business/investment opportunities that fits Gentari's strategy and portfolio objectives.

This position is based on a 1 (one) year contract.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Gentari Portfolio Models via collaboration with business and enabling teams (e.g., Finance).
  • Challenge business and project assumptions to ensure accuracy and that it is reflective of market / peers / investment opportunities of similar nature.
  • Conduct portfolio modelling and analysis together with strategic insights / recommendation to shape an optimal portfolio.
  • Assessing businesses and investment opportunities to be matured via multiple lenses such as strategic, financial, risk and commercial which enables Gentari to build a value accretive portfolio and optimize resources.
  • Develop dashboards and periodic reports to senior management on portfolio health.
  • Development of Gentari's Objective and Key Results to ensure that teams are aligned towards short- and long-term goals set by the strategy.
Qualifications & skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g., Business, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or equivalent experience); advanced degree (e.g., MBA), Masters or progress / completion toward a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Accountancy (CA) designation is a plus.
  • Ability to develop Carbon / Emissions Model is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in portfolio / financial modelling and analysis as well as investment analysis.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to comfortably create impactful insights and presentations.
