This role will be critical in supporting strategic priorities across production and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & People Development:
Act as a leadership role model, mentor direct reports, and develop team skills to align with business needs. Ensure performance management processes are effectively executed.

Process & Performance Management:
Lead the implementation of Excellence Foundations, ensuring compliance with standards and addressing gaps.

Support the delivery of Tactical Implementation Plans and advanced tools, while fostering a Zero Loss mindset and facilitating best practice sharing.


Strategy & Resource Management:
Contribute to site strategy as part of the senior management team. Ensure proper resource allocation for key initiatives and workshops, driving alignment with Carlsberg Excellence targets.

Coaching & Compliance:
Serve as a coach during the implementation of Excellence tools, ensuring quality results and timely completion of plans. Promote compliance with the Operating Model and manage self-assessments.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in production and supply chain operations, with 3 years in a management role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production/supply chain management. Experience in change management and improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in English and the local language.
