Import Sales Executive

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on FOB and update rate
  • Account follow up including RR filling and maintenance
  • Problem-solving for import issues and handling complaints
  • Sending sales leads and monitoring lost accounts
  • Handling return cargo cases

Requirements:

  • SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, B.Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office software, particularly MS Excel
  • Must be a team player and able to multitask to meet deadlines
  • Capable of working independently with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
