The Client Service Specialist at MYEG Services Berhad is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.3. Experience in negotiation and analysis.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Hardworking attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.6. Personality traits of being hardworking and independent.
