Client Service Officer

Essential / Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from the Branches, Agents and Customers regarding Unit Trusts.
- Provide customer service to customer and agents who walk in at the counter.
- Follow up for incomplete transactions submitted by branches, agents and customers.
- Handling written enquiries related to agent and customer.
- Continuously suggest new process improvement related to customer servicing.
- Provide confirmation advice/ account statement/ audit confirmation and tax voucher to customer upon request.
- Assisting investors/agents to resolve any issues arise from online platform.
- Liaising with service providers and other departments for all operational matters related to daily investors' transactions.
- Adhoc task as assign by Superior
Experience/ Qualifications/Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented, organize, selfmotivated & ability to work independently
- Responsible, positive and aggressive attitude.

RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
