Perform the operational responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior / team manager according to agreed standard operating procedures.

Execute assigned tasks, maintain activity records, and assist with the monitoring of processes to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

Receive Document thru parcel and courier

Check document received

Prepare listing

Sort documents as by security document & mailing document

Prepare document and deliver to icimb stakeholder

Scan document as per document type

Index and output images

prepare daily report
