Account Payable Executive

Responsibilities

Receive invoices from various stakeholders, review and process them using ERP Able to process high volume of invoices and validate against the defined supporting documents. Analyse discrepancies on invoices and communicate with the relevant departments to correct them. Perform vendor Statement of Account (SoA) reconciliations. Correspond with internal teams and vendors and respond to enquiries. Any other ad hoc tasks and reporting.

Key Attributes:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable. Experience in using Oracle would be an added advantage. Good Microsoft Excel skills.
