Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
Proficiency in English language at B2 level (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) is a must.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer support across various industries.
  • Recent graduates with degrees in fields like English with Communication, Mass Communication, or related areas are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with individuals are essential.
  • Capacity to handle feedback positively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach towards self-improvement.
  • Sound reasoning and analytical capabilities.
Ability to exhibit critical thinking and proactive behavior.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Windows and Office suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the community by addressing inquiries empathetically and in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about social media products and community guidelines.
  • Make fair decisions and advocate for the community's interests.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
  • Uphold social media standards by monitoring and resolving reported issues.
  • Respond to user queries promptly and accurately.
  • Utilize market insights to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure adherence to Terms of Use and address reported abuse promptly.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Recognize trends, escalate issues, and collaborate with the global team as necessary.
