Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan for the mallDevelop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers and business partnersSource new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planningConceptualize and develop strategies that will increase the occupancy of the mallNegotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and any special considerationsCollaborate with legal team/solicitor to ensure lease agreements comply with regulations and safeguard the interests of all partiesPreparation of budget and rental planPrepare weekly activity reports and follow up on status of negotiation with tenants skills and experience required Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing or equivalent5-8 years of experience with proven track record in mall leasing culture and benefits Your future employer is financially strong and growing rapidly in recent years with a strong portfolio of completed, ongoing and future projects secured.
