About the Company:
Randstad is collaborating with a multinational corporation (MNC) specializing in financial services, currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team as part of their expansion strategy.

About the Job:

  • Communication with clients through phone, email, and online chat to ensure they receive top-notch service and assistance.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries on technical, onboarding, and other issues, following up as needed to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Providing clients with accurate, valid, and comprehensive information in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Staying updated on company products, trading platforms, and trading terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating effectively and professionally with internal teams to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system with client interactions and communications records.

Skill/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service call center.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in any of the following languages: Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
