Female Security Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To enforce discipline of the outsourced guards, including monitoring of attendance.
To anticipate any preventive and pro-active actions to prevent crime in and around the Mall.
Supervises all daily routines and shifts are carried out as scheduled, including roll call and briefings for the guards.
To investigate and report all incidents of crime and safety that occurs the mall.
To observe all vendor and contractor activity at site for compliance to company policies/procedures.
To implement and assist enforcement agencies in compliance to all relevant Laws, Government Regulations and Acts.
To carry out scheduled training of outsourced guards.
Be familiar with all Emergency Response Procedures and enforce them as and when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least SPM.At least 2 years' working experience in similar capacity in shopping mall, hotel or commercial buildings.
Computer literateGood leadership with high sense of integrity.
Good problem solving/ investigation skills.
Non-executives specializing in Security/ Armed Forces/ Protective Services are encouraged to apply.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
