Description
  1. Prepare entries made to the General Ledger
  2. Responsible for the preparation of financial statements
  3. Follow up on queries from local country on entries made into the Ledger/Financial Statements.
  4. Assist in reclassifying variances and prepare journals for revaluations.
  5. Assist in preparing documents for monthly balance sheet/bank reconciliation and perform journal adjustments when required.
  6. Prepare documents to assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and related reports.
  7. Process month end activities and reporting
  8. Prepare the Balance Sheet reconciliation statement
  9. Perform other duties as and when required/delegated
  10. To ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the transactions processed as per SLA and KPI.
  11. Responsible for the month-end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team.
  12. Participate in / Lead continuous improvement projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Provides support and expert guidance to business partners as required
Profile
  • Diploma or degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Min 2 years' experience in full set General Ledger.
  • Well versed with SAP.
  • Experience of supporting across countries working in a shared service function.
