Work you'll do
  • Offering guidance on accounting for complex transactions
  • Collaborating with the Technical Department on intricate transactions
  • Implementing new financial reporting standards
  • Engaging in agreed-upon procedures
  • Assisting in the conversion to a new financial reporting framework
  • Planning and executing finance transformation projects
  • Advising on post-merger integration aspects
  • Enhancing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Preparing statutory and XBRL financial statements
  • Supporting client finance operations
  • Developing tailored training modules and organizing seminars

Requirements
  • Graduates in Accountancy or similar field
  • Business advisory experience with auditing exposure in Big 4 or large organizations is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and close processes
  • Familiarity with risk management and internal audit is advantageous
  • Excellent written and presentation abilities, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for quality outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with coaching skills
  • Openness to travel
