Aviation | Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Utilize your data analytics expertise (e.g., SQL, Python, data visualization tools) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the MRO Shop.
Develop insightful reports and dashboards that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
Propose and implement data-driven solutions to optimize MRO processes, reduce cycle times, improve quality, and enhance cost-efficiency.
Champion Lean principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives and streamlining workflows based on data-driven evidence.
Partner with cross functional DT teams to develop and integrate data analysis tools and systems for effective data management and utilization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies relevant to the aviation industry.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Spotfire, Tableau etc. Specifically, proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within the aviation or manufacturing industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python & data visualization tools (Spotfire, SAP HANA, Fiori etc).
