Some of your responsibilities include:

Customer Service:

  • Treat customer in polite manner & upsell as appropriate
  • Responding & managing customer complaintsOps Standard
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the work area by completing daily/weekly cleaning
Work with Outlet Manager to resolve sales/operational issuesOperations Basic:

  • Handcraft awesome delicious beverage
  • Bake & produce food according to schedule and SOP
  • Ensure complete pastry/ sandwich display

Be well verse with Product KnowledgeMarketing:
Co-ordinating with the Headquarters on promotional events and other marketing related eventsHSSE:
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulationsARE YOU RIGHT FOR THE ROLE?Experience:

  • At least 1 year working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry.
  • Experience in baking is a plus
  • Able to handcraft coffee (basic) using espresso machine
  • Must be able to communicate well in English
  • Right Attitude )
  • Must be Malaysian & possess own transport
  • Work Full Time (5 days a week) 7am - 5pm or 9am – 7pmA BIT ABOUT USWe are a deli-café kiosk chain committed to Helping Working People Power Through the Day with Great Food at Great Value. Founded and operated by Working People, we currently have 8 delis in offices around Klang Valley. We use only 100% Specialty Arabica Coffee roasted in Brisbane and make all our gourmet sandwiches, salad & pasta fresh on site, but sell them at super reasonable price because of our unique operating model.
