Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, and maintain all accounting records using the Bailment System.
Manage billing systems and ensure timely collection of payments.
Reconcile bank statements and process employee claims and vendor payments, resolving payment discrepancies.
Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with closing deadlines.
Supervise cash flow, conduct bank and transaction reconciliations, and address any reconciling issues.
Ensure all accounting practices comply with statutory requirements and company policies.
Maintain efficient document filing systems and handle general office administration.
Communicate with suppliers, third parties, and customers, resolving complaints and queries.
Implement credit control measures and manage customer risk profiles.
Utilise various software tools for data management and statutory filings。

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. However, fresh grads in any field are encouraged to apply.
A minimum of 2 years of related experience in accounting is preferred but not mandatory.

Able to speak in MandarinAbility to manage a full set of accounts independently and capable of performing tasks with minimal supervisionStrong motivation and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining positive working relationships.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy and quality in all work.
A good understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements is advantageous.
