Role in the Team

Experienced senior process engineer (project development) supporting downstream and chemical project development from concept selection to project execution. This position will be based in Menara ExxonMobil, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential options to address business opportunities or site needs
  • Assess and align opportunities with business strategies and plans
  • Develop project objectives and strategies, ensuring documentation and communication
  • Define project scope and lead gate reviews
  • Coordinate project deliverables, cost estimates, and schedule planning
  • Evaluate alternatives and select preferred options
  • Determine project delivery format and execution model
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in downstream project development
  • Proficiency in downstream process technology, project economics, and process safety
