Admin and HR assistant responsibilities in a manufacturing setting.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff.
Help in organizing company events and activities.
Handle general administrative tasks as required.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese languages.
Ability to speak and understand Chinese is mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR procedures and practices.
Prior experience in an administrative or HR role is preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology is a plus.

Wages:
Employees are entitled to fair wages as per the Employment Act, which includes payment for regular working hours, overtime, and public holidays

Annual Leave:
