Job Description
  • Responsible for overseeing, developing, and evaluating the overall corporate strategy, focusing on financial and operating performance to maximize value for the community, investors, and shareholders.
  • Managing the assets and operations of the Group's companies portfolio.
  • Leading organizational transitions as a change agent in collaboration with the Group CEO.
  • Implementing restructures within the finance and accounting teams across the Group.
  • Directing the accounting and finance departments.
  • Providing valuable financial insights to enhance business strategies.
  • Overseeing financial operations, including working capital, expenditures, taxes, budgets, and accounting.
  • Managing forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis processes.
  • Developing financial plans to align with strategic goals and growth opportunities.
  • Establishing cash flow management policies and ensuring operational cash resources.
  • Implementing financial and operational controls within the organization.
  • Preparing financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a professional qualification in MIA.
  • 15-20 years of finance experience within publicly traded enterprises.

  • Curious and collaborative approach to optimize outcomes.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
