Team Insight: Be part of the Global Customer Service team, central in managing risk and reward for our platform. Collaborate with key departments to launch global products while assessing associated risks and growth strategies.

Exciting Role: Seeking a candidate experienced in fraud & risk management globally to establish a fraud risk team in Kuala Lumpur. Drive results, support product growth, and shape risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transactions and user behavior for suspicious activities.
  • Conduct on-chain analysis to track cryptocurrency flows.
  • Review customer transactions for fraudulent activities.
  • Investigate chargebacks and fraud claims.
  • Analyze patterns in fraudulent activities.
  • Provide detailed reports on fraud activities to management.
  • Enhance investigative processes with stakeholders.
  • Validate transactions activities with customers.
  • Collaborate with industry trends to improve fraud prevention.

Requirements:

  • Degree in related fields.
  • 2 - 4 years of fraud investigation experience.
  • Crypto, banking, or fintech sector experience.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to find fraud patterns.
  • Knowledge of payment methods and technology tools.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
Good communication is crucial

Desirable Experience:

  • Interest or expertise in blockchain technology.
  • Familiarity with blockchain analytic tools.
  • Worked across different offices and time zones.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python tools.
