About the Role:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Corporate Credit Processing systems, including REACH, Morning Excess, Default & Recovery, Global CIF, Global ADMIN IS, and FOCUS systems.
  • Ensure system availability, online and batch deliverables, and provide operational support to diverse jurisdictions, including SG, MY, CN, International, and BOS.
  • Fine-tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput.
  • Contribute to business requirement reviews for technical implementation as a subject matter expert for IT to ensure SDLC standards are met.
  • Conduct reviews of technical and functional solutions from enhancement/project teams to ensure they conform to IT standards.
  • Respond to queries raised by various business units in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely updates regarding production status and progress of issue resolution.
  • Perform impact analysis of enhancements/projects that will impact supported systems.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercises.
  • Provide on-call support and after-hours/weekend support as needed, covering application support and application change deployment.
  • Able to support SIT/UAT/PROD/DR deployment, with DevOps.
  • Able to support relevant software/platform/database upgrade for the systems.
  • Able to work with system delivery teams for smooth transition from projects/enhancements to BAU Mode.
  • Able to perform monitoring of systems, manage batch jobs, and ensure night batch jobs completed within SLA.
  • Able to identify underlying problems, analyze root causes, provide possible solutions, and respond to users within SLA.
  • Incident, problem, and service outage management experience.
  • Server Performance, capacity, utilization monitoring, and Health monitoring experience.
  • Provide coordination of application support.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Corporate Loan Origination/Collateral Management.
  • Knowledge of Integro's Loan Origination System/Collateral Management platform is highly preferred.
  • Able to understand the application design & workflow in a faster pace.
  • Have knowledge in Unix/Linux, Oracle, Weblogic, Java J2EE, DevOps, Windows, Business Object, and able to understand and communicate in the technical discussion with developers.
