CIMB is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Executive to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our Middle Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer tagging issues to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Extract and analyze data to prepare reports for Operations Management, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance Front Office performance, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various units within the Division.
  • Ensure timely review of accounts and update the ICRES system accordingly.
  • Extract and analyze Collateral Data from the Loan Originating System (BCS) and 1 Platform, collaborating with Front Office to rectify errors.
  • Liaise with Business Units, I – CIMB and other stakeholders to ensure Quit Rent and Assessment for proffered properties are up-to-date.
  • Update credit decisions from Approving Authorities into LOS on a timely basis.
  • Provide guidance and support to various units within the division as needed.
  • Perform and extract specific reporting upon request.
  • Liaise with CIMB Business User groups to capitalize on the capabilities of the system as a management tool.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives for the department.
  • Liaise between Internal and External auditors, ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries.
