About The JobAs a Senior Process Engineer, your role will involve managing the intricate process engineering design aspects across various phases such as proposals, studies, project execution, and operations. This will require working closely with a dedicated team to ensure that all tasks are completed in line with standards, timelines, and budgets, with a primary focus on maintaining high quality, meeting targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth expertise in conducting process engineering calculations while adhering to relevant codes and regulations. Collaboration with engineers and designers from diverse disciplines will be essential to deliver project requirements effectively.
Experience in engineering biomass gasification for syn gas and Sustainable Aviation Fuels production is a must for this role. Familiarity with processes such as gasifier selection, syn gas to fuel licensor technology, and process design package review is essential for successful integration and coordination.
Main AccountabilitiesKey responsibilities for this role include:
- Preparing accurate and efficient discipline engineering solutions that align with safety, environmental, and cost-effectiveness criteria:
- Design basis
- Process description
- Simulations and calculations
- PFDs and heat & material balance
- Process and Utility P&IDs
- Equipment and instrumentation datasheets
- Utilities and chemicals consumption summaries
If you hold a degree in Chemical Engineering and have a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience, with prior exposure as a Lead Engineer or Team Leader, you could be the perfect fit for this role.
