Job Description & RequirementsScope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment.
Perform scheduled maintenance according to define scope and standard operating procedures.
Close service call with duly completed service reports.
Foster strong customer relations and escalation at a technical level.
Any adhoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Desired Skills & Expertise:
Bachelor Degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentGood team player and independent worker with good written and communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and analytical skillsWilling to work on standby mode by rotations.

Prior experience in in technical support / field service experience handling biomedical equipment, medical devices or related medical products, is an added advantage.

Willing to travel.
Proactive attitude towards learning.
No experience required.
Training will be provided.
Salary commensurate with experience RM Only Malaysians Chinese may apply.
