Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Data Entry and Management:
Accurately enter and update data into systems and databases. Perform data entry on inventory related task. Generate regular reports on inventory and sales.

Customer Service:
Assist customers with inquiries over the phone. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Order Processing:
Process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment

Office Coordination:
Order and manage office supplies and inventory

Financial Administration:
Assist in checking invoice, CN, DN and purchase invoice.
Support the finance with reconciliations and other tasks as needed.
Provide administrative support to others as required.

Candidates possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any fieldLanguage required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will add advantages.
Good attitude, responsible, hardworking and able to multi-taskBasic computer literacy is a must.
