Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinates, implements, and maintains the company's Document Control as per ISO related standards.
  • Controls documented information including checking, revision control, change requests, document updates, registration, and editing document formatting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assists the Group Quality System Manager in generating ISO procedures and relevant ISO certification documented information.
  • Controls confidentiality around sensitive information according to the structured level of documented information requirements.
  • Reports on document control center tasks such as handling, scanning, verification, filing, labeling, compiling, storing, archiving, and retaining documented information status.
  • Enhances methods for maintaining and managing documented information in accordance with the latest ISO related standards to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Assists in audit-related activities and analyzes related data to identify areas for improvement initiatives.
  • Performs any ad hoc tasks assigned by Management/Superior.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Related Certificate in Document Control and Management, related ISO Auditors, or Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the documentation control field.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar Construction Company for DCC accountability.
  • Familiarity with related ISO Standard requirements and knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other similar document management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
