DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Tasks

1. Cultivate continuous improvement culture.

2. Conduct plant operation audits for improvement opportunities.

3. Establishment of standards in manufacturing operational management and developing improvement strategies.

1. Cultivate continuous improvement culture:

a. Setup, introduce, launch, maintain and improve continuous improvement framework.

b. Facilitate and drive cross functional stakeholders in departmental continuous improvement projects.

c. Document and sharing the best practices.

2. Conduct plant operation audits for improvement opportunities:

a. Plan and execute the audit framework, plan and methodology.

b. Collaborate with the subject matter experts (SME) for the relevant critical control points.

c. Identify the weaknesses of current control.

d. Compile the audit report for management review and relevant stakeholder improvement actions.

e. Collaborate with SME to review and improve (if necessary) stakeholder improvement actions.

f. Evaluate improvement actions execution and effectiveness.

g. Document and maintain the relevant reports/ records/ PFMEA.

3. Establishment of standards in manufacturing operational management and developing improvement strategies:

a. Work closely with Plant Operation Head to define plant operational departmental setup.

b. Collaborate with SME, Plant Operation Head to develop departmental floor management plan, including :

i. Review current floor management plan and identify opportunities for improvement.

ii. Define the optimum required routine task lists and task frequency.

iii. Cycle time collection and justify the required headcounts.

iv. Document the improved floor management plan.

v. Evaluate the improvement action execution and effectiveness.

c. Establish/ Improve manufacturing operational control system for the identified critical items.

i. Review current manufacturing operational control system.

ii. Identify opportunity for improvement.

iii. Initiate project to improve current control system.

iv. Review the improvement action execution and effectiveness.

v. Document the relevant reports/ records.
