HR Finance Assistant

We are looking for an experienced HR Finance Admin to join our team in Malaysia. This is a role that supports enterprise operations and ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation.
This position requires a blend of general HR expertise, financial acumen, and analytical skills to assist in with various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
Human Resources
- HR function - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
Admin
- Leave Management: Maintain accurate records of each employee’s leave balances and usage. Use a leave management system for efficient record-keeping.
- Expense Management - Monitor and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Finance
- Key performance indicator (KPIs), business metrics
- Accounts Receivable - Generate and analyse accounts receivable aging reports to assess the status of outstanding invoices.
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients or customers and follow up on overdue payments
- Accounts Payable - Process vendor invoices and expense reports, verify accuracy and adherence to Company policies.
- Provide support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or Finance or a related field.
- At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Competent in MS word and excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with initiative and mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
