Job Title: 24/7 After-Sales Technical Support Specialist Company: IEIT

Join our team as a 24/7 After-Sales Technical Support Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our server and storage products. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients and internal teams, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex issues and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support IEIT's on-site engineers with server and storage technical issues
  • Provide technical diagnosis, solution consulting, and related services
  • Utilize telephone, email, and chat tools provided by IEIT
  • Adhere to specified SLA for response and resolution times
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills for clear interactions with clients and team members
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with server and storage hardware and software
  • Ability to resolve operational, configuration, and installation issues
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of IT experience (for L1 support)
  • Similar experience with added emphasis on supporting on-site engineers (for L1.5 support)
Certification:
  • Must pass the IEIT PM interview and technical exam certification before starting
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely replacement in case of resignation to avoid disruption of services
  • Provide IEIT with resignation and replacement information at least one month in advance
System Setup:
  • Provide a system for monitoring and managing support operations
  • Set up a hotline system with local U.S. numbers, including call recording, IVR settings for satisfaction surveys, and necessary equipment (laptop and headphones)
Local Setup:
  • Apply for local TFN (Tax File Number) and DID (Direct Inward Dialing) in the U.S., with transferability to IEIT upon contract termination
